1. Booking ConfirmationThe following terms are the terms of the independent provider SIARGAO FITNESS SOLUTIONS INC. (“the Provider”), not of the SiargaoVibes platform. SiargaoVibes acts solely as the online booking intermediary — see Our Role: Booking Intermediary Only.
The undersigned member agrees to become a member of SIARGAO FITNESS SOLUTIONS INC. (the “GYM”) and a participant of CrossFit Siargao Retreats. The member agrees to follow the gym’s rules and regulations. Membership includes access to gym facilities as listed in the retreat package.
Participants must respect fellow guests, coaches, facilities, and staff. Discrimination, bullying, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is harmful to the retreat environment.
All participants are required to have valid travel insurance that covers medical care and injuries. A copy of your insurance policy must be submitted before arrival. You will not be allowed to join the retreat without proof of active travel insurance.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable under local law, the rest shall remain valid and in effect.
These Terms, and any dispute regarding the use of this platform, are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. This does not affect the terms of any Provider, whose services are performed in and subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines under the Provider’s own responsibility.
